Appointments will take place at our Horninglow pharmacy. You must be aged 18 or over, and you must be able to keep your head still and steady.
Please let us know before your appointment if you have had any ear infections in the last 90 days, or if you have previously had any ear surgery or perforations.
You must apply olive oil ear spray for the 5 days before your appointment to soften any hard wax.
Olive oil ear spray, such as Earol or Cl-ear, is available to buy at pharmacies.
Not doing this may result in us being unable to remove wax and additional appointments being required.
